Quantifiers Quizz

Reflection

 I did the best in this quiz. In some paragraphs I got confused because sometimes the same quantifier can be followed by singular count nouns and plural as "Each", but you can distinguish if it is for singular and plural by adding a preposition, in this case the word "of". Example: Each student, Each of the students. 

The exercise seemed very good for me and in my case the quiz did not represent any difficult. In this lesson I learned more about quantifiers and opened my outlook on the knowledge that I already had about this topic. Finally I think I learned very well about quantifiers because of my grade.

Reflection

This quiz consists of 3 sections, the first part of changing the question to a noun clouse with wh word. The second part of listening and the third of reading.

I got 97 in this quiz because of one sentence (number 8), I got confused because i din´t read well and 

I thought it was a sentence which had to be formulated as such, I did not realize it was a question.

Otherwise I thought I was bad at listening and I'm proud of myself to see that I improved a lot in this quiz, I think I've improved by watching movies and hearing videos in English as my teacher suggested me.

Next time I will read more closely to not fail in the statements of the quizzes.

ITEM 3

Reflection

This is an exercise in which was evaluated the oral expression of each of the members of the room, in this case I upload a video of my performance speaking in English, I think I did a good performance because of my score and some skills I worked and developed to improve  my oral presentation.  But I felt a little nervous  exposing infront of my classmates and teacher, likewise I know I have to improve some areas such as nervousness and fluency when I am speaking.

Next time I will prepare better to get a higher score in my oral presentation and to improve my speaking in english.

Paragraph about the poeple who speaks English (Blackboard)

Overview

The situation about the people who speaks English in Mexico is very poor because very few people is really conscious to take English lessons and sometimes the people who take conscious about it doesn’t have the sources. Nowadays English language represents an important international requirement in business and in the private schools.

Relevant Information

        * Some businesses require employees to speak some English.

         Industries that use English most are international big corporations.

       * Most employees who speak English make more Money.

             * Very few children begin studying English in primary school.  

       * Very few people 55 and older speak English.

       * Overall, some people speak basic English (greetings and simple sentences.)

Next Steps

We propose that the public elementary schools implement an English program. Another think is that the government should help the older people with an English classes. Finally we propose that corporations should give an English training for its employees.

Reflection

In this activity my team and me, we discussed about the importance of speaking in English in Mexico. I really liked the overall activity because I learned more about what others think about this topic also I heard different opinions and we work well as a team.
